Dynamic Solar Solutions is not a licensed electrical contractor. Work that requires a permit or a licensed contractor, including final utility or building connections, is done by our licensed electrician partners.

About us
Dynamic Solar Solutions is run by Alexis Arreguin, an off-grid solar and renewable energy technician trained in three-phase commercial equipment operation and diagnostics.
We have built camp power at Burning Man for five years and bring the same planning to off-grid homes and remote properties: size the system for the real load, build in redundancy, and document the work.

Policies
Quotes and payment
Quotes are itemized and valid for 30 days. Payment terms are shown on each invoice; equipment rentals and emergency power are due on receipt. We accept card payments and other methods listed on the invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before equipment is dispatched or work begins, we refund your payment minus any non-refundable supplier costs we have already paid on your behalf. After dispatch, charges apply for the rental period used, delivery and pick-up, fuel and consumables. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your invoice number; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Warranty
Victron equipment we install carries the manufacturer warranty plus our onsite support for 5 years. Other equipment carries a standard 1-year warranty. Our workmanship on installations is warrantied for 3 years. Rental equipment is not covered by installation warranties.
Privacy
We use your contact details and site information only to quote, deliver and support your job. We do not sell or share your information, except with suppliers or partner electricians when needed to complete your work.
